We’ll be singing our hearts our, celebrating our authentic selves, and meeting new creatives on Sunday June 23rd from 5-8 PM at Starr Bar in Williamsburg, Brooklyn (214 Starr St, Brooklyn, NY 11237)
Entry is $5 via Venmo, Paypal, or at the door (we will not have cash and bar does not swap bills, please have exact change!)

Whether you’re a filmmaker who knows the Light Leaks or someone who wants to support diverse voices in media / a budding production company - you’re invited for a night out of fun, empowerment, and community.
This event is intended to be a safe space for LGBTQ+ filmmakers and friends to meet new people through the Light Leaks.
As we gather to celebrate Pride, we'll be surrounded by the uplifting spirit of community and the guiding mission of The Light Leaks—to foster intersectionality in the film and television industries and empower underrepresented voices.

Meet Your Host: Miel Melendez
Miel is a queer POC creative performer based in New York City who is a proud kjay of various karaoke nights in the area. Passionate about creating safe spaces for QTPOC, Miel looks at karaoke as an extension of self, an outlet for fun and feelings, and the perfect activity to meet new people.
