Join The Light Leaks for our new event series a monthly ~Writing Session + Virtual Mixer!~

It's hard to keep up with our projects during this pandemic (trust us we know) so this event is for you if you miss quiet coworking sessions! Through this Writing Session + Virtual mixer, we hope to bring the TLL community together for accountability on what we're all working on as creatives. We also want to provide an opportunity for creatives to network in a no-pressure, safe environment!

Keep in mind, this is NOT a class, workshop, or seminar. This event is open to anyone who would like to join with any type of writing or project they're focused on. Want to use the time to schedule social or even video edit? It's all up to you!

Here's how the evening will go:

• Attendees who RSVP here on Eventbrite for free will be emailed a google meet link in order to join the meeting when the time hits.

• All attendees must join at the starting time before 8:10 PM / 5:10 PM to not disrupt others.

• At the beginning of each monthly writing check-in, attendees will share their name, pronouns, and a quick message on what they’re working on.

• Then, we'll play some tunes as everyone quietly works on their projects with their audio on mute.

• Halfway through that first hour, whoever would like to can share where they are in their project. No pressure though!

• Then the work session continues with music until the hour is up.

• After the coworking session is over, any attendees who would like to sit and network are able to do so for the remainder of the event

• We reserve the right to remove or block anyone from the call for offensive behavior including racism, sexism, bigotry, or other hate speech or forms of harassment.

Note: We'd like to host monthly but by no means do you have to go to every session, feel free to drop in on the months when you have the time!
